Working flow, times and payment terms

⚠ By buying from me you are agreeing to all my terms and conditions, please read carefully. ⚠

✧ If you are not sure about the commission request, you don't have the funds/are waiting for payment or any delaying circunstances, please don't take slots until you are ready to order. Please have ALL your references ready or at least at hand, and time to communicate with me to discuss the details.✦ You must mantain an open source of comunication with me, as sometimes I need extra details or insight to work. Please keep an eye on your inbox/messages! If I don't receive an answer in an appropiate lapse of time, I will jump to the next client and resume your work when I finish the commission in turn.✧ Strictly NO REFUNDS policy. Only order if you are commited to the commission process and duration. I will only refund if I find myself unable of working on your request.✦ I work by payment order, if you paid first, your commission will come up first. You can check your turn on the queue, and VGen clients, on the respective VGen client list.✧ I'll start with your commission during work days after the full payment is done and I reach your spot in the queue. I won't work on weekends or holidays.✦ My queue list is long, and a piece may take from weeks to months, sometimes, a year or more, depending on the complexity, queue and life circumstances. I understand it may feel excesive to some people, but I approach every commission with all the focus and detail it deserves. It will take time, so please, respect the previous clients, do not ask to jump up on the queue or for the work to be rushed, everyone has been waiting patiently for their request, and I will reach your spot sooner than later. If you don't like waiting, strictly avoid ordering a product from me.✧ If I haven't started your comission, feel free to change characters, poses or details as much as your heart's comtempt. If any new character has a different complexity from the originally requested (for example, furry, full armor, etc), a fee may apply.✦ I have an absolutely ZERO rushing tolerance policy. This does not mean you cannot ask for your commission status, so please feel free to communicate with me via X if any doubt comes to your head.✧ My prices are in GBP, feel free to ask for the convertion rate if you need to check in your local coin value.✦ Your commission can be published on any of my social media profiles as an example for future works. Private fee can be requested if desired.✧ Any delays in the queue dates will be informed in the INFO tab on my carrd. Be sure to check my carrd twice a month.✦ All files will be delivered to client's preffered email address at the moment of finishing the commission and after the final revision.✧ I only work with Paypal invoices or Paypal.me deposits. commission request process

⚠ To request a commission from me, you must follow this instructions carefully. ⚠▪︎ Send me a message via X, with the type of commission you desire.▪︎ After my reply, feel free to send me your characters and ideas.▪︎ You must include desired vibes and poses if needed, clothing, and anything you think important to add.▪︎ You must provide a Paypal email for invoicing, and if the commission is a Quick Sketch, you must send the payment via Ko-Fi or Paypal.me.▪︎ When the payment is done, I will assign your work an estimated date of finishing. It may change, but I will always reflect those changes in my X as an update post, in my carrd, or personally via X message.I will reply to your message in a lapse of 24 — 48 hours after received. If I decline your request, it's mostly because it was against some of my ToS points or I don't feel able to do it, and not because some sort of personal problem against you.Please take it with a professional approach.
